I am Kate, the leader of the company, an entrepreneur, business builder, and have built several businesses in practice over the past 30+ years. During that time, I have experienced not only successes, but also many failures, and many situations from which I have learned a lot.

I know exactly what it feels like to be at the beginning, full of ideas, but still feel unsure about how to get started, in what order to proceed, what to pay attention to, and how to avoid mistakes that can waste time, money, and energy.

Over the years, it has become increasingly clear to me that so many people have the desire to start or build their own business, but they lack the knowledge, system, and practical guidance to truly put their company on a solid foundation. Too many people make too many mistakes simply because they don’t have a clear, transparent path in front of them.

My company and me want to help you with this. The goal is for you not to have to experience everything alone. You don’t have to waste years on bad decisions. You don’t have to run the same circles that I ran. And if there had been someone to show me the right direction, I would have been very happy. But they don’t teach this in school either. I decided to teach everyone who is interested how to build a successful company?

I believe that building a business can be learned, and with the right guidance, you can move forward much faster, more consciously and more confidently.

I have been continuously building my qualifications and professional knowledge over the years. I have a university degree in Business Management, completed Brian Tracy’s MBA course, participated in a 1-year Entrepreneurial Academy (Kulcsar Akademia) and also obtained a marketing management qualification. These studies not only provided theoretical knowledge, but also reinforced and systematized everything I had experienced in practice: building a successful company is the result of a conscious strategy, the right mindset and consistent implementation.

The program helps you to see in a transparent system what you need to make your business work, instead of trying to collect information from here and there. It shows you how to build a solid foundation, how to think like a business, and how to create a company that can not only start but also grow.
